Job vacancy – part-time communications consultant

ARC conference, Windsor Castle, November 2009

The Alliance of Religions and Conservation (ARC) is a secular charity that works with all the major faiths of the world to help them develop environmental programmes based on their own beliefs, practices and teachings.
We have a part-time vacancy in our communications team at our office in Kelston, near Bath, for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working person who will fit well into our small but friendly team. You don’t have to come from a position of faith yourself but you will sympathise with ARC’s aims and, ideally, have an understanding of faith and environmental issues.
You will also have proven journalistic experience, excellent writing skills, be a whizz at technology and have some design and layout abilities. To find out more about us, visit our website, www.arcworld.org
This is a part-time freelance post for 100 days a year (approximately two days a week) on a daily rate based on £18,000-£23,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
  • Closing date: 19 August
  • Start date: 9 September
More details, visit the ARC website here.
